"When
we listen more and talk less, we learn what is needed
to effectively meet our clients' objectives. It's the
best way I know to make sure we can effectively, efficiently
coordinate the efforts of our creative and media staff
to deliver on our clients' expectations." |

Lee Burton, Director of Account Services
Lee
Burton began his marketing career in Detroit, working with
Chrysler Corporation's Service Planning operations. He
moved on to Saatchi & Saatchi in Baltimore as an
account executive for the Toyota Dealers account, then
later served as Media Director for Holland Advertising
in Cincinnati, and as Account Executive for Campbell-Ewald
in Cleveland and D'Arcy Masius, Benton & Bowles in
Detroit, before "coming home" to the Cincinnati area, where
he grew up.
Lee's experience includes planning and implementation
of high-visibility, strategic, hard-working marketing and
promotion programs for some of the largest ad agencies
and clients in America. And, he's also used that training
and ability to serve smaller local and regional clients
who can benefit from the knowledge that such wide ranging
experience can offer.
"Client first" is how Lee describes his professional perspective,
and the foundation for client services at Rick Warner & Associates.
He believes the role of an account person is to not only
offer clients unique insight and perspective, but also
to be able to effectively marshal the talents within the
agency to provide the clients with the best the agency
has to offer. |
