From the begnning, Rick Warner & Associates
has focused on one goal for our clients - creating transactions.
To
do that, we first have to influence the
mind of the consumer to perceive our client's product or
service as satisfying their needs. Then motivate customers
to take action to acquire their product
or use their service.
We're not satisfied unless we accomplish both.
N aturally, we pride ourselves on how effectively we can
create image, awareness and acceptance by influencing the
consumer's mind. But we also know that's not enough. We also
pour just as much dedication and effort into telling customers
the rest of what they need to know--where the product is,
how they can get it, how much it costs, and the myriad other
factors that motivate customers to action.
And it's our unrelenting efforts to accomplish both these
tasks that we call "The Hard Work."
Our people, our culture, everything about us is founded
on the principle that we not only have to be skilled in the
disciplines of influencing perception, but also the business
of "making the sale," closing the loop, so that customers
will not only believe what our client's want them to, but
also do what they want.
That's the hard work--influence action. |
